The Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine (ICRM) was established in 1998 and is the only nationally certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility center in Idaho. ICRM is a full service fertility clinic, offering state-of-the-art fertility treatments.  ICRM is a SART (Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology) member and JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) accredited.
